Our products are inspired by my own journey with mental health and my passion for raising awareness and creating understanding and acceptance. Our mission is to provide tools that promote self-care, self-compassion, and mental health and wellness. We are devoted to helping all individuals become aware of their mental health and to practice self-care.

More Than a Box Co is a business inspired by my journey with mental illness and, throughout my recovery, seeing first-hand the lack of understanding and awareness that still exists today. Which is why I created a business to help bring mental health/ illness out of its box. I'm dedicated to providing resources and support for mental health, self-care, and self-compassion. I am passionate about helping break the stigma & and want to remind people that they are not alone in their struggles and that there is no shame in seeking help. Through our products and services, we strive to bring mental illness out of its box and create a safe and supportive environment for our community.
